The April issue of Hakusensha's LaLa magazine has announced that Aki Akimoto's manga, Mairimashita to Iwasetai (I Want You to Say You Lose), will conclude in the next issue, set to release on March 24.

Plot Overview
The story revolves around Benio Tsunemori and Nayuta Watanuki, the young heirs of rival yakuza families. As tensions rise between the Tsunemori and Watanuki clans, Benio and Nayuta engage in a honey trap showdown, moving in together to settle their families' long-standing feud.
- Benio's Mission: She aims to make Nayuta fall for her.
- Unexpected Twist: Benio finds herself falling for Nayuta instead, unaware that he has harbored feelings for her all along.
Publication History
Akimoto launched Mairimashita to Iwasetai in December 2023 in LaLa magazine. The first compiled volume was released on August 5, followed by the second volume on December 5.
Upcoming Adaptations
In addition to this series, Akimoto's earlier work, Kikaijikake no Marie (Mechanical Marie), is set to receive a television anime adaptation. Originally launched as a one-shot in March 2020, it transitioned to regular serialization in June 2020 and concluded in June 2023, with six volumes published by Hakusensha.
