An official X/Twitter account reported on Monday about the upcoming anime adaptation of Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chūhai no Aji ga Shite (A Married Woman's Lips Taste Like Canned Chūhai). This manga, created by writer Chinjao Musume and artist Tama Nogami, is set to premiere this year. To celebrate this announcement, Nogami shared a special illustration:

About the Manga
The Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chūhai no Aji ga Shite manga focuses on Tsuyoshi, a college student with a passion for strong canned chūhai. The story revolves around his unique encounters with various married women. For those unfamiliar, chūhai typically refers to a drink made by mixing shōchū with carbonated water, and is originally an abbreviation of Shōchū Highball.
Anime Production Details
The anime adaptation will be produced by WWWave's Deregula label, marking it as their second announced project following Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way From Another World!.

Manga Release Information
The manga was launched on Kodansha's YanMaga Web platform in February 2021. Recently, Kodansha also started publishing a Luxurious full-color strong edition of the compiled volumes, with the third volume released on November 20.
