Exciting News: 'I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince' Gets a Second Season with English Dub!
Crunchyroll announced on Tuesday the cast for the English dub of the second season of the popular anime "I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince", based on the light novel series "Tensei Shitara Dainana Ōji Datta no de, Kimamani Majutsu o Kiwamemasu". The new season is set to premiere on July 23.

Season Premiere & Staff
The second season premiered on TV Tokyo on July 9 at 12:00 a.m. JST (early July 10), followed by other networks. The staff and cast from the first season are returning for this new installment.
The first season of the anime aired in April 2024 on TV Tokyo and BS NTV, with Crunchyroll streaming the episodes as they aired.

- A manga based on the series, launched by Yōsuke Kokuzawa and character designer Meru, has been serialized in Kodansha's Magazine Pocket since 2020. The 19th volume was published on May 9.
- Kodansha USA licensed the manga, describing the story:
"Prince Lloyd wasn't always a prince... In his previous life, he was a sorcerer. Reincarnated as a 10-year-old prince, he continues his magical studies despite the challenges. What will the 7th prince/sorcerer do?"
Origin & Light Novels
The series started on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in October 2019. Kodansha began publishing the light novels with illustrations by Meru in July 2020. The latest volume shipped in Japan on March 31.
