Exciting News: 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners' Blu-ray Set Coming This October

During its panel at Anime Expo, Aniplex of America announced the upcoming release of the 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners' anime on a complete Blu-ray Disc set in North America, scheduled for October 28.

What's Included in the Limited Edition?

The limited edition package will feature some fantastic extras:

A new jacket illustration (see the first visual below)
A booklet
A storyboard of episode 10
A two-year anniversary visual poster (see the second visual below)
A cel-style sheet

Previous Blu-ray Release

Aniplex already released the series on Blu-ray on May 28, which includes audio in Japanese and English, with subtitles available in Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.

About 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners'

This anime series, created by Studio Trigger and based on CD PROJEKT RED's Cyberpunk 2077 game, premiered on Netflix in September 2022. The game itself is inspired by Mike Pondsmith's classic Cyberpunk tabletop RPG.

Spin-offs and Additional Content

A prequel manga titled 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Madness' launched in December on the Comic Alive+ website. Created by artist Asano and writer Bartosz Sztybor (from CD PROJEKT RED), the manga will be available in seven languages, with Dark Horse releasing the English print edition.
