Crunchyroll has recently begun streaming the highly anticipated anime Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show. Fans can now watch the first episode, which features intriguing storylines and captivating visuals.

Notable Subtitle Quirks

In the German subtitles, there's a line at 19:12 that reads: "ChatGPT said: Wenn ich die Welt von hier an weiter genießen kann".
Interestingly, this prefix does not appear in the subtitles for other languages provided by Crunchyroll.
The English subtitles, however, contain multiple translation errors, which might lead to some confusion.

About the Story

The anime is based on an original work credited to TOKYO Jashin Academy. It follows Miko Kurono, also known as Necronomico, who begins her dream job as a live streamer after finishing junior high school. Alongside her childhood friend Mayu Mayusaka and her rival Kanna Kagurazaka, Miko's life takes a dramatic turn when they receive an invitation to try a revolutionary virtual reality (VR) game.
