Niikawa's SuperNiche Company Develops New Game for 2026
Arc System Works announced an exciting new project during its showcase livestream on Thursday: a game called Demons' Night Fever, created by Sōhei Niikawa, the renowned developer behind the Disgaea series, and his new company, SuperNiche. The game is set to launch in 2026.
What is Demons' Night Fever?
According to Arc System Works, the game is a wild tale of "Evil", where anything goes. The story revolves around a dull boy named Kyoshiro, who despises the world around him. He encounters a self-proclaimed evil god who has lost his powers. Together, they team up to push the boundaries of evil—stealing, abducting, and causing chaos!
"Misdeed, Theft, Abduction, Plunder. This is a tale of 'Evil', where anything goes. Where the hero is a dull boy 'Kyoshiro', who hates the world. And a self-proclaimed evil god having lost his powers appears to him. Team up with the evil god and go beyond the limits of evil! Steal! Abduct! Terminate! Let your evil show!"
Creative Team
Tatsuya Yano, a composer known for his work with Gust and the Atelier series, is responsible for the game's music.
