Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon the Super Live Expands Tour

New Stops Announced for Los Angeles and Seattle
The excitement continues for fans of Sailor Moon as producers Makoto Matsuda and Kumiko Yoshii announced that Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon the Super Live will be adding three performances to its North American tour.

Production Team

The show is directed and written by Kaori Miura, known for her work on The Prince of Tennis and Tokyo Revengers musicals. Choreography is by Satomi Toma, with music composed by Go Sakabe and KYOHEI. The performances will be in Japanese, accompanied by English subtitles.

A Look Back

The show first premiered with a preview run at AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo between August and September 2018, followed by performances in Paris later that year. Washington D.C. and New York were among its later destinations, with Taiwan joining the list in April 2023.

The Sailor Moon franchise has seen various stage adaptations over the years, prominently featuring musicals that celebrate its legacy.
