New Cast Members Announced for Dr. Stone: Science Future
Megumi Han and Reigo Yamaguchi Join Final Season
The fourth and concluding season of the Dr. Stone anime, titled Dr. Stone: Science Future, has revealed two new cast members for its upcoming second part:
The anime first aired on January 9 on Tokyo MX. Later, it also premiered on BS11, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and TV Aichi.
Streaming in Japan includes ABEMA, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, DMM TV, and other services.
The final season will run for three split cours with breaks in between.

Crunchyroll streams the anime worldwide (excluding some Asian territories) and is simulcasting the English dub on the same day as Japan.

A Brief Look Back at Dr. Stone
The original Dr. Stone anime debuted in July 2019. Crunchyroll streamed it as it aired, while Funimation handled the English dub. The show also aired on Toonami.
Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, the second season, premiered in January 2021. Crunchyroll and Funimation continued streaming it, with Toonami debuting the season in May 2021.
Dr. Stone: Ryusui, a one-hour special, aired in July 2022.
The third season, Dr. Stone: New World, premiered in April 2023 and concluded in December 2023 after two cours.
Manga Origins
Dr. Stone was created by Boichi (Sun-Ken Rock) and Riichirou Inagaki (Eyeshield 21). The manga launched in Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2017 and concluded in March 2022.
Viz Media and MANGA Plus have published the manga in English, both digitally and in print.
