New Cast Announced for Upcoming Anime Adaptation
Kadokawa has unveiled three new cast members for the highly anticipated anime adaptation of Umiharu's manga, The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World. This announcement was made on Wednesday, adding excitement to the series that is set to premiere soon.

Anime Details
The anime adaptation of The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World premiered on January 9 and is currently airing. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan.

Ken'ichi, a single man who's almost 40, is suddenly transferred to another world. As he navigates his way through the dangerous forests of that world, he realizes that he can use a huge online shopping site. Ken'ichi aims to use his cheat ability to live a slow life in another world!
Manga History
Umiharu launched the manga in Square Enix's Monthly G Fantasy magazine in April 2019. The main story concluded on May 17, with two side story chapters released later. The first compiled volume was published in October 2019, with the seventh volume released on February 27. The eighth and final volume is set to ship on December 27.
The original light novel series by Hifumi Asakura began in 2017 and concluded in June 2021, with the first volume published by SB Creative in May 2018.
