Behind the Scenes

The anime is directed by Hiroshi Tamada, known for works like Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!! and The Heroic Legend of Arslan. Akihiko Inari is responsible for the series scripts, while character designs are managed by Yūta Itō.

Story Synopsis

Yūsha Party o Tsuihō Sareta Shiro Madōshi follows Lloyd, a white mage cast out from the hero's party. Despite believing he is an ordinary adventurer, he is undoubtedly exceptional. As he joins an S-rank adventurer team, he remains unaware of the impending collapse of the hero's party and the fame awaiting him.

• Debut: The web novel started in March 2020, followed by light novel publications from Futabasha.
• Manga: A manga adaptation began in January 2021, also published by Futabasha, with the latest volume released on November 29, 2023.
