New Romantic Comedy Manga Launches in Cocohana Magazine
The September issue of Shueisha's Cocohana magazine announced an exciting new manga debut. Mihona Fujii, renowned for her previous works, will launch a short series titled Shukujo no Jōken (translated as The Conditions of a Lady) in the magazine's next issue on August 28.

About Mihona Fujii
- Fujii previously serialized the original GALS! manga in Shueisha's Ribon magazine from 1998 to 2002.
- The series was compiled into 10 volumes, which were published in English by CMX Manga.
- The manga inspired the popular 52-episode anime Super GALS!, released in 2001.
- The anime has been available on DVD multiple times, with the entire series released by Right Stuf in 2010 and again in 2016.
- Crunchyroll added the series to its catalog in 2017, although it is no longer streaming.
- Fujii also launched a sequel manga, GALS!!, in 2019 via Shueisha's Manga Mee app, which concluded in December 2022. The final volume was published in March 2023.
