'A Gatherer's Adventure in Isekai' Anime Announces Main Cast and Opening Theme

The upcoming television anime adaptation of A Gatherer's Adventure in Isekai (originally titled Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokōki) has revealed its main cast and theme song artist.

Story and Origin

The story follows Takeru Kamishiro, an ordinary office worker who gets summoned to a new world called Madeus, where swords and magic rule. Equipped with incredible skills such as enhanced physical abilities, magic, and an item search power, Takeru embarks on his adventure in this isekai universe.

Manga Adaptation

The manga adaptation, illustrated by Tomozo, is also available, with the first volume published in November 2018 and the eighth in August 2024.

About the Light Novel

The light novel series launched on the AlphaPolis platform in December 2017, quickly gaining popularity. With 16 volumes in circulation, it has sold over 1.73 million copies including digital editions. The series won both the grand prize and the readers' choice award at the 9th AlphaPolis Fantasy Novel Prizes.
