The highly anticipated third and final season of the Fire Force anime is set to debut its first part on April 4, 2025. This announcement was made during the IGN Fan Fest 2025, where a new trailer was also unveiled, showcasing the upcoming season's opening theme song, "High Flame" by Queen Bee.

Background on Fire Force
The Fire Force anime is based on the manga series created by Atsushi Ohkubo, known for his work on Soul Eater. The manga was launched in September 2015 and concluded in February 2022. The story revolves around a special firefighting team combating spontaneous human combustion in a city plagued by mysterious fires.
Synopsis
Terror has paralyzed the clockwork metropolis of Tokyo!
Possessed by demons, people have begun to burst into flames, leading to the establishment of a special firefighting team: the Fire Force. The team is about to get a unique addition: Shinra, a boy with the power to run at rocket speed, leaving behind the famous "devil's footprints." Can the Fire Force uncover the source of this phenomenon before the city burns to ashes?
The anime first premiered in July 2019 and has since released two seasons, each consisting of 24 episodes. The series has been streamed on platforms like Funimation and Crunchyroll, and it made its debut on Toonami in July 2019.
