Hideo Kojima Announces New Death Stranding Animation
Does Not Specify if It's Japanese Animation
In a recent interview with Vogue Japan, renowned game designer Hideo Kojima shared exciting news about his projects. Kojima revealed that a Death Stranding animation is currently in development. However, he did not clarify whether this animation will be Japanese anime or a different style.

What Kojima Said:
"We are working on a Death Stranding animation. I can't say yet whether it will be Japanese anime or another style."
Kojima also discussed the film adaptation of Death Stranding. The movie will be directed by Michael Sarnoski, known for Pig and A Quiet Place: Day One. The film is being produced by Lars Knudsen and Ari Aster’s Square Peg studio.
