A brand-new trailer has been released for the highly anticipated horror game Hotel Barcelona, a collaboration between renowned developers Goichi "Suda51" Suda and Hidetaka "Swery65" Suehiro. The trailer, published by CULT Games, gives fans a first look at the enigmatic character, Dr. Carnival.

Game Premise

The game is a side-scrolling horror adventure set in an American summer camp.
Players must survive encounters with serial killers, caught in a relentless timeloop.
The game's visuals blend anime style with influences from 1980s and 1990s American horror and slasher films.

Goichi "Suda51" Suda

Suda51's studio, Grasshopper Manufacture, is known for the No More Heroes series.
No More Heroes III launched on the Nintendo Switch in August 2021, later arriving for PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in October 2022.

Hidetaka "Swery65" Suehiro

Swery65 co-founded Access Games, directing titles like Spy Fiction, Deadly Premonition, Lord of Arcana, Lord of Apocalypse, and D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die.
He resigned from Access Games and founded White Owls in 2016.
His most recent release, The Good Life, came out for PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PS4 in October 2021.
