New Hunter x Hunter Fighting Game Announced with Exciting Details

Game Launches on July 17, 2024, with a Promising Future of Characters

Bushiroad and Eighting have unveiled a new 2D, 3v3 fighting game based on the beloved manga Hunter x Hunter by Yoshihiro Togashi. The game was officially released on July 17 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam worldwide.

What’s New in the Game?

• The game features characters from the Hunter x Hunter universe, including Gon, Killua, Leorio, Kurapika, Hisoka, Netero, Bisky, Machi, Uvogin, Chrollo, Feitan, Meruem, Genthru, Razor, Morel, and Kite.
• The first season pass will introduce Nephelpito this fall, with three additional characters arriving in winter 2025, spring 2026, and summer 2026.
• A new trailer teases upcoming characters like Phinks Magcub, Shizuku Murasaki, and Zeno Zoldyck through silhouettes.

Technical Details

• The game supports multiple languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
• Future updates will add German, Italian, French, Spanish, and Korean.
• Rollback netcode is available on PlayStation 5 and Steam, but cross-platform play is not supported.
