K MANGA has exciting news for fans of the Fable series! On Sunday, the platform announced that it has licensed Katsuhisa Minami's latest installment, The Fable: The Third Secret. This new chapter will be serialized in English every Sunday, coinciding with its release in Japan.

The company describes the plot as follows:

When you're the infamous prodigy hitman known only as “Fable,” many things come easy. Being a normal person, however, isn't one of them. In fact, being told that he can't kill anyone for a while may just be the hardest job Fable's ever taken...

Background on The Fable

• Launch Date: Minami first introduced the Fable manga in Kodansha's Weekly Young Magazine on March 17, 2023.
• Previous Series: The original Fable series debuted in November 2014 and concluded in November 2019, spanning 22 volumes. It won the Best General Manga award at the 41st annual Kodansha awards in 2017.
• Omnibus Release: Kodansha USA is also releasing the first manga in print in omnibus format, with the sixth volume released on February 11.

Sequel and Adaptations

• The Fable: The Second Contact: This sequel launched in July 2021 and concluded its serialization in July 2023, with the ninth and final volume released in November 2023.
• Live-Action Films: The original manga inspired two live-action films, released in Japan in June 2019 and June 2021.
