Studio Sasanqua Founded by Game Developer Kenji Ozawa
Game developer Kenji Ozawa, known for his previous work at NetEase's Ouka Studios and as a co-director on Visions of Mana, announced the establishment of his new venture, Studio Sasanqua, on Monday. The studio aims to enhance the gaming landscape through development and marketing initiatives.

Focus and Goals
Studio Sasanqua is committed to developing games for both PC and console platforms. In addition to creating its own titles, the studio plans to collaborate on projects involving other companies' intellectual property. Excitingly, they already have an unannounced game in the works.
Kenji Ozawa's Background
Kenji Ozawa brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles:
- Joined Bandai Namco Entertainment in 2015.
- Worked on notable IPs including Mobile Suit Gundam and Dragon Ball.
- Specialized in developing mobile games targeted at the Chinese market.
- Co-directed Visions of Mana alongside Ryosuke Yoshida.
In August, as the release of Visions of Mana approached, Bloomberg reported that most staff members at Ouka Studios were laid off, with plans to close the Tokyo office. Following these developments, Yoshida departed from NetEase in December.
