Kenyū Horiuchi has been announced as the voice of a fake Lupin in the net anime prequel, Lupin the IIIrd: Zenigata to Futari no Lupin (Zenigata and the Two Lupins). This prequel ties into the upcoming feature-length film, Lupin the IIIrd The Movie: Fujimi no Ketsuzoku (Immortal Bloodline), set in the long-running Lupin III franchise.

Plot Overview
The "hard action" net anime focuses on Inspector Zenigata, Lupin's longstanding nemesis and occasional ally. The story kicks off with a dramatic terrorist incident at an airport in the icy "Roviet Union" (a play on the Soviet Union), with Lupin as the prime suspect. Despite being arrested by Zenigata, Lupin claims innocence, leading listeners into a case involving more than one Lupin.
