Amazing Seasun Games announced that their highly anticipated multiplayer shooter, Mecha Break, will be available on PC via Steam, Steam Deck, and Xbox Series X|S starting July 1.

Music and Design

The game features a soundtrack composed by Hiroyuki Sawano, known for his work on UPGRADE(D). The visual design is crafted by Takayuki Yanase (famous for Eureka Seven, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury, Valvrave the Liberator) and Junya Ishigaki (known for Xenogears, Xenosaga, Macross Frontier).

Game Setting & Story

In a post-catastrophe world, a mysterious mineral called Corite has revitalized Earth's energy sources but at a deadly cost. Its uncontrollable spread threatens to wipe out the last habitable zones, creating Marcens Zones that could engulf the planet.

Players take on the role of a hero with the rare ability to pilot a third-generation BREAK Striker. Alongside the secretive S.H.A.D.O.W. task force, they must fight to rebuild humanity’s future.

The game was previously planned for PlayStation 5, but recent updates no longer mention a console release.
