Anime Central (ACen) has exciting news! The event will host a panel featuring prominent figures from the anime industry, including director Keiichirō Saitō of Bocchi the Rock! and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, and producer Takafumi Nakame known for The Garden of Words. They will join animators Kaoru Tanimoto (Firefighter Daigo: Rescuer in Orange) and Mana Kudō (The Rising of the Shield Hero).

Global Anime Challenge Insights

These industry leaders will discuss their creative journeys and share future visions as part of the Global Anime Challenge (GAC) initiative, a collaborative effort by the Japanese government and various animation studios aimed at fostering the next generation of talent in the anime field.

GAC Overview

• Participants: 11 candidates from the anime sector, including:
  • 3 animators
  • 3 producers
  • 5 directors
• Program Duration: Eight months
• Activities: Lectures, workshops, and English language courses to equip candidates for opportunities abroad.
