Anime Milwaukee (AMKE) has officially announced an exciting addition to its 2025 lineup. From March 7-9, the event will welcome notable staff members from the acclaimed CG anime studio, Studio Orange. Among the guests are:
- Yoshihiro Watanabe (Producer) - known for BEASTARS and Trigun Stampede
- Shunsuke Aoki (Animation Sub-Director) - also from BEASTARS
- Tadashi Nakajima (Art Director) - recognized for The Boy and The Beast
- Hirotsugu Hayakawa (VFX Director) - involved in Godzilla Singular Point
What to Expect
The guests are set to dive into the creative processes behind Trigun Stampede, revealing inside stories and insights about the making of this popular anime. This is a unique opportunity for fans to gain a deeper understanding of the studio's work.
About Studio Orange
Studio Orange has earned a reputation for its stunning adaptations, including:
- Land of the Lustrous (based on Haruko Ishikawa's manga)

Since its inception, the studio has contributed CG work to various anime productions, dating back to the 2004 series, Aquarion. Notably, Netflix has announced an upcoming exclusive anime series adaptation of Scott Westerfeld's Leviathan novels, which is being produced by Qubic Pictures and Orange and will launch in 2025.
