'Chihayafuru -Meguri-' Live-Action Series Adds New Cast Members
The official X/Twitter account for the upcoming Chihayafuru -Meguri- live-action TV series has announced a cast update, revealing that well-known actors will portray key family members of the protagonist.

About the Series
Chihayafuru -Meguri- is a fresh adaptation set ten years after the original manga, which was created by Yuki Suetsugu. The story follows Meguru Aizawa, a high school second-year involved in a competitive karuta club — a traditional Japanese card game — struggling to keep her club alive.
Ami Tōma stars as Meguru. Mone Kamishiraishi returns as Kanade Ōe, now a part-time teacher and adviser of the club.
