About the Series
Hoshino Mitsuko is a determined and hard-working woman living in the 1930s, a time when career women faced prejudice and societal pressure. Despite rampant sexism, Mitsuko strives to succeed as a detective. Her journey begins when she is approached by the charming waiter Yoshida Saku, who offers her his first solo case. As they work together, Mitsuko discovers that Saku is capable yet curious, leading her to take him on as her assistant. Can they solve cases amid the turbulent atmosphere of the Showa era?
