Anime Adaptation of Nazuna Miki's Novel Announced

REMOW has announced that it will distribute the upcoming anime adapting the novel series Mukuwarenakatta Murabito A, Kizoku ni Hirowarete Dekiai Sareru Ue ni, known in English as Necromancer Isekai: How I Went from Abandoned Villager to the Emperor's Favorite. The show will be available worldwide except in Japan, with streaming platforms to be revealed later.

About the Story
The story follows Matteo, who is reincarnated as the grandson of an aristocrat. He learns to wield ancient magic and hatch dragon eggs. When the emperor hears about his magical abilities, he becomes curious, but Matteo has a hidden secret.

Origin and Publishing
The original novel series started on Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let's Become Novelists) in May 2020. Shueisha took over publishing in 2021, releasing the seventh volume in May 2024. Additionally, a manga adaptation by Suzume Kumo launched on Dash x Comic in December 2022. The third volume of the manga was published recently.
