Takahashi Joins Cast of Nukitashi the Animation
Exciting news for fans of anime and visual novels! The official Twitter account for Nukitashi the Animation revealed that Mari Takahashi will be voicing the character Fuku Umenoki.
About the Anime
Nukitashi is based on the adult visual novel adventure game Nuki-Gee Mitai na Shima ni Sunderu Hinnyū (Watashi) wa Dō Surya Ii Desuka?, commonly known as Nukitashi. The anime adaptation is produced by Qruppo and is set to premiere on July 18.
Different Versions of the Anime
- Seiran Island Version: The most unregulated, lewd version, available on AT-X and on the Blu-ray box.
- Streaming-only Version: Slightly more restricted lewd content, accessible on various streaming platforms.
- Fully Regulated Version: Suitable for broader audiences, broadcast on channels like BS11, Gifu Broadcasting, KBS Kyoto, and Mie TV.
Premiere Details
The anime will debut on July 18 at 26:05 JST (which is technically July 19 at 2:05 a.m.) on AT-X. It will also be available on BS11, Gifu Broadcasting, KBS Kyoto, and Mie TV. Additionally, OceanVeil, the streaming platform by WWWave Corporation, will exclusively stream both the Seiran Island and Fully Regulated versions starting on the same date.

About Nukitashi
The game, launched in 2018 by Qruppo, gained popularity for its humorous and action-packed story about anti-copulation fighters on Seiran Island. It won awards for Best Scenario and Best New Brand at the 2018 Moe Game Awards. The sequel, Nukitashi 2, was released in 2019, with the sequel game available on Steam since February 2023.
A manga adaptation by Mameojitan has been serialized on Beaglee’s Manga Ōkoku and in Shueisha’s Ultra Jump magazine.
