Life-size Gardevoir Plush Sells Out in Record Time

Google's 2020 Pokémon of the Year contest showcased Gardevoir, which landed in 9th place, and its new life-size plush has quickly become a hot commodity.

On January 31, The Pokémon Company announced that a life-size Gardevoir plush would be available on the Pokémon Center Online. The company teased, “If you live with Gardevoir, maybe one day you'll be able to communicate with it…”

As of now, the plush is sold out, and Pokémon Center Online has not confirmed if it will restock this coveted item.

Gardevoir’s Popularity

Gardevoir made its debut in the Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire games and has maintained a strong fan following. According to Pokédex, Gardevoir shares its height with the life-size plush but has a significantly larger weight at 106.7 lbs (48.4 kg). Gardevoir’s popularity was highlighted by its 9th place finish in Google’s Pokémon of the Year 2020 contest.
