On Sunday, a livestream showcasing the advance screening of the second part of the Sakamoto Days TV anime announced exciting new details, including a fresh trailer and additional cast members. The trailer also previews the new ending theme song, "Dandelion," performed by go!go!vanillas.

Premiere Details
The second part of the anime is set to premiere on July 14 on TV Tokyo and its affiliates at 24:00 JST (early July 15 at midnight). The first episode will be available in advance on Netflix on July 14, with only the 12th episode streaming simultaneously with Japanese broadcasts.

Series Background & Manga
"Sakamoto Days" began as a one-shot in Jump Giga in December 2019, followed by its main serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in November 2020, published by Shueisha.
The manga has been licensed in English by Viz Media and MANGA Plus, offering digital versions. MANGA Plus describes the series as:
