Shinsei Galverse Anime Reveals Star-Studded Cast and Summer
The much-anticipated anime adaptation of Tokyo-based Shinsei Galverse, originally an NFT project, has unveiled its first wave of cast members—featuring some of the industry's top voice talent. The announcement was made on Tuesday, sparking excitement among anime fans as the series gears up for its debut this summer.

Here are the newly announced characters and their voice actors:
- Yui Horie as Zero (top row center)
- Ai Fairouz as D.D. (top row left)
- Mutsumi Tamura as Ring (top row right)
- Kurumi Nakata as Tabia (bottom row, leftmost)
- Hisako Kanemoto as Vega (bottom row, rightmost)
- Lynn as Momo (bottom row, center right)
- Ikue Ōtani as Ran Ran (bottom row, center left)
Anime Set to Premiere This Summer

The anime is scheduled to debut this summer. It comes to life under the creative direction of Ayaka Ōhira, the NFT project's founder, who serves as both creator and chief director at S.o.K. The team also includes:
- Yūta Takamura (Co-director; known for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable and The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan)
- Natsuko Takahashi (Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, My Love Story!!, Anne Shirley) and Masahiro Okubo (Cardfight!! Vanguard series) as scriptwriters
- Satoshi Ishino (Puni Puni Poemy, Tokyo Mew Mew New) as character designer, with Momo Nagayama as sub-character designer
- Ryō Hirata as prop designer
- Yang Liu from Ogura Kobo for background art
- Miyoko Ichinose as color key artist
- Tsai Po Lun as compositing director of photography
- Kentarō Tsubone as editor
- Jin Aketagawa as sound director
- Tsutomu Ueno for sound effects

Background and Notable Collaborations
Previously, Shinsei Galverse collaborated with pop singer Tove Lo on her animated music video for "I like u" in 2023.
Ayaka Ōhira has a background in traditional cel animation, having worked with notable artists such as Yōji Kuri and Manabu Ōhashi. Before founding Galverse, she directed music videos for artists like m-flo, JP THE WAVY, and CHAI.
The project self-describes as an effort to "empower our community with next-generation tech like digital collectibles, VTubers, and custom AI to help us tell a unique story: 8,888 badass Gals shooting across time and space to make the galaxy a better place."
