Konami has unveiled a trailer for its latest addition to the Silent Hill horror game franchise, titled Silent Hill f. Featuring a narrative set in 1960s rural Japan, the game introduces the gripping story of its protagonist, Hinako, in a mysterious and atmospheric world.

Konami describes the haunting narrative:
In 1960s Japan, Shimizu Hinako’s secluded town of Ebisugaoka is engulfed by a sudden, eerie fog, turning her home into a hostile nightmare. As the silence deepens and horrors emerge, Hinako must confront grotesque creatures and navigate twisted paths to uncover the truth. Featuring complex puzzles, haunting visuals, and psychological horror, the game challenges players to embrace beauty within the terror or succumb to madness.
Renowned author Ryukishi07, creator of Higurashi: When They Cry, writes the story, blending doubt, regret, and inescapable choices into this enthralling new chapter of Silent Hill. The game features music by Akira Yamaoka, alongside creature and character designs by kera.

The project is produced by Motoi Okamoto and developed by Neobards Entertainment, known for their work on Resident Evil Re:Verse.
