Exciting Updates on the Upcoming Anime Film Featuring Strawberry Prince and Toi-san!
The official X (formerly Twitter) account for the anime Toi-san wa Seishun Shitai! — "A Fool, a Smartphone, and Romance" — has revealed some fantastic news about the upcoming film adaptation. This film is based on the popular short video series featuring the boy band Strawberry Prince and their member Jel.

The film will feature a talented lineup of voice actors:

- Yūma Uchida as Satan Yamada
- Ayane Sakura as Yuri Himeno

Music and Release Date
The members of Strawberry Prince will perform the ending theme song titled "Mirai no Kimi kara Daijōbu!" (The Future You Will Be Fine). The film is scheduled to open in theaters on July 18.
Production Details
Directed by Mankyū, known for Pui Pui Molcar and Sumikkogurashi, the film is produced by Seven Arcs. The script is co-written by Yoichi Kato and Jel, who also plays himself and Akane Toi in the movie. Character designs are by Akemi Kobayashi.
The soundtrack features contributions from STPR MUSIC and AniTone, with background music by Hiromi Mizutani and AniTone.

The Toi-san series, launched in April 2019 on Twitter, has amassed over 10 billion views across platforms like YouTube and TikTok. It follows high school student Akane Toi and her interactions with Jel, a charming classmate.
Strawberry Prince, formed in 2016, has become a major force in Japanese pop culture. They have inspired a smartphone game, held nationwide concerts, and even debuted on Kōhaku Uta Gassen in December 2023.
The group also provided theme songs for anime like Yo-kai Gakuen Y and Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress, and their own anime film, Gekijōban SutoPuri Hajimari no Monogatari, premiered in July 2024.
