Final Volume of Sugar Apple Fairy Tale Set to Release
The beloved manga adaptation of Sugar Apple Fairy Tale ~ Gin Satō-shi no Ie ~ will conclude with its final volume, scheduled for release on April 4. This announcement comes from Kadokawa, the publisher behind the series.

About the Series
The story follows Anne, a Silver Sugarmaster, and her husband Challe, a warrior fairy, as they navigate their life together while managing a confectionery store. Their journey takes a turn as they become negotiators for the sugar apple harvest.
Manga Adaptation Details
- Launch Date: The manga adaptation, illustrated by Cosaji, debuted in August 2023 on Kadokawa's Comic Walker platform and the FLOS COMIC label.
- Volume Releases: The second volume was released on October 4.
- New Arc: This adaptation is based on a new arc that began in December 2022. The first volume of this arc, titled Sugar Apple Fairy Tale: Silver Sugar Master and the Deep Crimson Dawn, was released in December 2022, concluding with the volume Sugar Apple Fairy Tale: Silver Sugar Master and the Golden Vow in March.
Related Adaptations
In addition to Cosaji's work, Yozora no Udon also adapted Miri Mikawa's light novel series. This adaptation is set to end on December 4, 2023. Yozora no Udon's adaptation began in November 2021 and has seen multiple volumes published, with the latest released in March.
Original Light Novel Series
The original Sugar Apple Fairy Tale light novel series, created by Miri Mikawa and aki, was launched in April 2010 and concluded with its 17th volume in February 2015. Recently, a new Collector's Edition for the first three volumes was released between December 2022 and March 2023. Yen Press has licensed both the original light novels and the manga adaptations, making them available to a wider audience.
