Setting and Plot
The manga takes place in an alternate Edo world and follows Tōma, a wolf beastman working as a city patrolman in Edo. One night, he helps a girl named Rikka, who is fleeing from unknown attackers. Rikka reveals she is a noble lady from Izumo with a secret that has placed her in danger.
Deciding to shelter her, Tōma and Rikka’s lives become intertwined. Rikka longs for the quiet life of peace, but her arrival sparks a series of unpredictable events, especially since it’s Tōma’s first time living with a girl.
"Tired of a life on the run, Rikka envies the peaceful life Tōma leads. But living together is anything but quiet..."
