About the Series
'The Unimplemented Overlords Have Joined the Party!' is a light novel series written by Nagawasabi64 and Kawaku, published by Kadokawa. The story follows Shuutarou, a young gamer who gets caught in a glitch during the launch of the new VRMMORPG, Eternity. Trapped in the game, he finds himself in the unpatched final boss lair, where six Evil Overlords declare him their master. With the strongest villains on his side, Shuutarou embarks on exciting adventures in this new virtual world.

Yen Press is bringing the series to English readers, with the final volume scheduled for release on August 29, 2024. The English synopsis describes the story as:
Young gamer Shuutarou is among the lucky few chosen to playtest Eternity, the latest VRMMORPG, and he wastes no time in activating his unique Create Dungeon skill…at the exact moment the game glitches! Now he and his fellow playtesters are trapped, and their lives are at stake. Shuutarou happens to end up in the one area that has yet to be patched into the game: the final-boss lair where the six Evil Overlords lurk.
