About the Samurai Pizza Cats
Crunchyroll previously streamed the series, describing it as:
It's felines fighting felons in this fantastic furry farce! A mixed-up city of old and new, Little Tokyo is an old-fashioned Japanese city populated by robotic animals, where samurai cats working out of a pizzeria punish packs of pugnacious pillagers all to protect the peace of the people.
Additionally, Discotek has released the series on Blu-ray and previously on DVD.
The Legacy Continues
The original Samurai Pizza Cats anime, produced by Tatsunoko, aired from 1990-91. It features a secret ninja team that defends robotic animal residents from villains in a sci-fi, historical gag format. The series was widely recognized and licensed for television in the United States by Saban Entertainment.
