DLC's 2nd Part Launches at a Later Date
Bandai Namco Entertainment announced on Friday that the “DAIMA - Adventure Through The Demon Realm Part 1” DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will debut this summer. This DLC features content based on the new Dragon Ball Daima anime series. The release date for the second part is yet to be determined. Check out the trailer below:

Players who purchase the DLC pack will gain access to both parts as they launch, along with some exciting bonus items:
- Goku (Mini) will have access to the Power Pole.
- New characters Glorio, Shin, and Panzy will also be featured in the DLC.

Game Background
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot launched in January 2020 and is available on multiple platforms:
- Nintendo Switch
- PlayStation 4
- Xbox One
- PC via Steam
In September 2021, Bandai Namco released a Nintendo Switch port, followed by a launch on Google Stadia in October 2021.
Season Pass 2 Highlights
Season Pass 2 includes:
- “Bardock - Alone Against Fate” DLC story, which launched alongside the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions in January 2023.
- The 23rd World Tournament DLC, which launched in August 2023.

Previous DLC Releases
The first DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, “New Power Awakens - Part 1,” was released in April 2020, featuring characters Beerus and Whis. The sequel, Part 2, followed in November 2020, introducing SSGSS Goku, SSGSS Vegeta, and Golden Frieza. The “Trunks: The Warrior Of Hope” DLC was released in June 2021.
The game includes storylines and gameplay inspired by the Dragon Ball Z anime sagas.
Dragon Ball Daima Anime Premiere
The Dragon Ball Daima anime premiered on October 11 on Fuji TV, airing Fridays at 11:40 p.m. (10:40 a.m. EDT). The first episode was notably longer than usual.
Crunchyroll began streaming the anime on the same day, with availability in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. Netflix will stream the anime in Asia starting October 14, followed by a global release on October 18.
The anime will conclude with its 20th episode this Friday.
