Exciting New Characters Coming to Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising

Cygames revealed new characters for the Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising fighting game during a video announcement on Sunday. Joining the previously announced character Sandalphon are:

• Galleon
• Wilnas
• Meg
• Ilsa

Release Schedule

The anticipated release dates for these characters are as follows:

• Sandalphon - February 26, 2025
• Galleon - Spring 2025
• Wilnas - Summer 2025
• Meg - Fall 2025
• Ilsa - Early 2026

Background on Granblue Fantasy Versus

Originally developed by Arc System Works and Cygames, the first Granblue Fantasy Versus was launched in Japan in February 2020, followed by releases in North America and Europe soon after. The PC version made its debut in March 2020.
