The production team behind the upcoming anime film Mirage Queen Vacances Élégantes has revealed exciting updates about the project, including a trailer, visuals, theme song, and additional cast members. Anipani, featuring Rinu, TIGUSAKUN, and Vau, will perform the theme song titled "Queen's Illusion" for the film.

Cast Updates
- Mitsuaki Hoshino joins the cast as Satchmo.
- Yūya Hirose reprises his role as Kōtarō Nishitōji.
- Ayaka Shimizu returns as Mari Itō.
- Junichi Suwabe once again serves as the narrator.
Early Screening Event
An early screening of the film will take place at Shinjuku Wald 9 on April 21, with cast members attending the event.

The Mirage Queen Vacances Élégantes anime film is set to officially open in theaters on May 23.
Returning Characters and Staff
Several cast members from the Mirage Queen Prefers Circus original video anime (OVA) will reprise their roles:
- Yūga Yamato as Queen
- Kazuki Katō as Joker
- Yūma Uchida as RD
- Cocomi will debut as the new character Ilma
The film is directed by Shigetaka Ikeda at East Fish Studio, with Mariko Kunisawa handling the script and Kumiko Kawashima returning as character designer. Moe Hyūga is composing the music, while Toshiki Kameyama serves as sound director. Bit Grooove Promotion is credited for sound production, and Pony Canyon will distribute the film.
Background: Mirage Queen Franchise
The original novel series by Kaoru Hayamine follows the adventures of the phantom thief Queen, who can steal anything they desire. Their age, gender, and nationality remain unknown, adding to their mystique. Alongside partners Joker and RD, they travel the world aboard an airship.
The first Kaitō Queen short story was published in 2000 by Kadokawa, and the first full-length novel, Mirage Queen Prefers Circus, debuted in 2002 under Kadokawa's Aoitori Bunko children's book label. The latest novel was released on July 10, 2023.
The franchise received its first screen adaptation in June 2022 with the original video anime Mirage Queen Prefers Circus. Yūga Yamato starred as Queen, with Saori Den directing and Mariko Kunisawa writing the script. Kumiko Kawashima designed the characters, while Moe Hyūga composed the music.
