Bandai Namco Announces New Gundam Characters
On Monday, Bandai Namco announced an exciting update for Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2. Two new playable characters will be added this Thursday:
- Wing Gundam Zero from Gundam Wing
- Full Armor Ground Type Zeta Gundam from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam Define

About Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2
This game is a sequel to the original Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation and Battle Operation Next.
- Released by Bandai Namco Entertainment in July 2018 for PlayStation 4 in Japan.
- It became available in English for PS4 in October 2019.
- Launched on PS5 in January 2021.
- PC version via Steam launched in May 2023.
Game Description
Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 enhances its predecessor's land-based combat with all-new space battles. Infantry fights now include features like planting bombs at enemy bases or calling support fire, adding depth. Customizable Mobile Suits let players upgrade their favorite mechs with Development Points earned in battles.

A single-player action game based on Battle Operation 2, it launched digitally on November 5 for PS5 and PS4, with additional volumes released later. Each volume contains five episodes.
