Dark Workplace Comedy Anime Project Announced
Kadokawa has revealed that the manga Gōmon Baito-kun no Nichijō (The Everyday Life of Torture Part-Time Workers) by Yawora Tsugumi will be adapted into an anime, debuting in winter 2026.
What's the Series About?
The dark comedy manga is set in a world where murder and torture are legal, and numerous 'torture contract companies' operate. The story follows employees working at these companies, who often target bad people but are treated well themselves.

- Cero: The charismatic company ace who gets along with everyone.
- Shiu: A legend in the torture world.
- Mikke: A cute, energetic new hire.
